Usage Data

When you visit our site we store the name of your internet service provider, User Agent, the website from which you visited us from, the parts of our site you visit, the date and duration of your visit, and information from the device (device type, operating system, screen resolution, language, country you are located in, and web browser type) you used during your visit, visited pages, HTTP Referer, your timezone, your GA ClientID, your IP address and netpeaksoftware.com userID. We use your IP address and/or country preference in order to approximate your location to provide you with a better service experience.

We process this usage data to facilitate your access to our services and to assure its comfortable usage (e.g. to adjust our services to the device you are using), to improve the quality of the services and develop new ones, and to recognize and stop any misuse. When you open an account with Netpeak Software, we may ask you to provide us with information such as your first/last name, date of birth, registration date, email address, position, location, type of work, place of work, website, your company name, your photo, phone number, skype ID, links to your social media accounts. The account data may be processed for the purposes of operating our website, identification you as a user, providing our services (e.g. sending reports), ensuring the security of our website and services, maintaining back-ups of our databases, marketing purposes and for communicating with you.

Registration using Google / Facebook account

We allow a user to register on our website using Google or Facebook account. If you register with these services, we collect personal data such as your profile photo, first and last name, Facebook ID, link to your profile, date of birth, and sex.

Netpeak Software Academy

To train our users to use Netpeak Software programs more effectively, to improve the user interface and analyze user-specific trends, we provide the Netpeak Software Academy based on the AcademyOcean service (https://academy.netpeaksoftware.com/auth/sign/in). Using the Netpeak Software Academy form, we collect only your email address to identify you as our user. We may also use cookies on the Netpeak Software Academy pages. You may manage your Netpeak Software account as you wish. You may delete it or restrict a processing mode. Following termination of your account (by deletion), we may retain your personal data (in part or in whole) in order to meet any regulatory and reporting requirements for the timeframes stipulated by law and in order to be able to address customer service issues. Any other personal data we would have been processing on your behalf would be deleted within 30 calendar days.

Information we receive from other sources

We receive information about you and your activities on and off the Netpeak Software from third-party partners, such as advertising and market research partners who provide us with information about your interest in, and engagement with our Services and online advertisements, or social media such as Google Plus, Facebook, Twitter, etc. if you want to sign-up with your social media accounts.

Access and Disclosure to Third Parties

We may share your personal information with our third-party service providers, such as analytical services, payment processors, CRM services and other. These service providers may have access to personal information as needed to perform their functions. Third parties with whom we share your data currently include, but are not limited to, Google, Reply, GetResponse, Facebook. We transfer your billing details to payment systems to process payments. We may process or keep your payment information such as last four numbers of your card, expiration date, and payment system (such as Visa or MasterCard), and transfer it to the payment processing system such as Stripe and PayPal.
