    When buying licenses for several users, choose one managing account and create sub-accounts for the rest of your team. A license and separate account credentials are needed for each team member, which will give them access to Netpeak Software’s products.

    Licenses for all team members should be purchased from the managing account, after which they can be distributed according to your needs by using the settings in the ‘Licenses’ section of your account. When buying 2 or more licenses at once, you will receive an additional discount of 20%.

  • 4. What payment methods do you accept?

    4.3 Why was my payment rejected?

    Sometimes, banks reject payments due to security reasons. In that case, it’s usually sufficient to contact your bank and confirm your intention to complete the purchase.

    Here are the most likely reasons for a faulty payment:

    • The transaction was rejected due to security reasons to keep you safe from fraud.     Follow these steps to disable your subscription:

    • Go to the section ‘Subscriptions and payments’;
    • Click on ‘Cancel subscription’ next to the auto-renewal subscription that you want to disable;
    • Approve your decision by clicking ‘Yes, cancel subscription’.
