Moz Domain Authority Doesn't Report

Not a Problem

I have my API key entered and everything. Am I missing some setting to simply pull the DA metric?

Hi Kevin,

Thanks for contacting us.

For getting Moz parameters, you need to enter your Moz Access ID and Secret Key to the 'Moz' tab of Netpeak Checker settings.

Have you entered your credentials in Netpeak Checker?

If you're using free Moz account, then you should set one thread with a ten-second delay between requests – it's official Moz requirement. When you set too many threads, the service starts to block some of the requests and as a result, you get empty cells in the results table.

Also, there is a daily limit of data you can get using your Moz account. In some cases, it can be the reason for empty cells. In case you get some empty cells, you can restart the analysis for them. Just select the necessary cells and click 'Restart Highlighted Cells / Rows' and the tool will reanalyze this data.

Does that work for you? If you have any other questions, feel free to contact me.

Looking forward to your response!

Hey Amber,

I apologize for not being around, I had given up on Netpeak. I bought a subscription again and would like to give it another shot, but I may need your help with the configuration. Right now I'm testing it with 5 URLs, but I anticipate issues when I throw a few hundred into a project.

I've connected API's, but SEMrush doesn't ask for an API key even though I have one. It's still pulling the data, but I'm wondering if it's going to stop pulling the data once I need a lot of it.

Moz doesn't pull the Spam Score, it's not even an option to select. How come?

Moz has the option for MozTrust, which I've selected, but it doesn't pull any data for it.

Facebook data also doesn't pull at all. The shares, likes, comments, clicks and total options return nothing.

What do you think the issue is here?

Hi Kevin,

Thanks for getting back to me. I'd be glad to help you out!

1. Now Netpeak Checker doesn't require SEMrush API to retrieve the parameters. There should be no troubles with getting these parameters, however, please notice that you'd better use 2-3 threads to get more results. I mean when you send too many requests, your IP is banned and you start getting empty cells. So we recommend you setting less amount of threads – in this case, the analysis will be slowlier but you'll be able to get more results.

If you get some empty cells, you can always choose these cells and restart the analysis only for them by clicking 'Restart Highlighted Cells' button.

2. Now Moz Spam Score parameter is not integrated into Netpeak Checker. However, we plan this for the next release.

3. Could you tell me please what Moz subscription you've got? MozTrust parameter is available for paid subscribers only.

4. As for Facebook parameters, we know about this problem. It'll be fixed in the next update.

Now we're working on the new version of Netpeak Checker but it won't be released very soon as we totally change and improve the tool mechanism. Unfortunately, until then there will be no updates and fixes. We're really sorry for this inconvenience!

If you have any other questions or suggestions, feel free to drop me a line.
